| Cancellation request can be initiated by following the following steps.
- Log into your client area at http://www.thecubehost.com/clients
- Click on the "My Products & Services" link near the top of the page
- Click on "View Details" for the account that you would like to cancel
- Click on "Request Cancellation" near the bottom of the page
If the account is terminated within 14 days, the customer will recieve a refund. Refunds are given strictly only on hosting accounts. Click here for more information.
Your account should be terminated with within 24-48 hours. If you have any questions, contact our billing department by submitting a support ticket or contact them at billing@thecubehost.com
